Zend - Internationalization

  多國語系需用
  1.Localization(i10n) 及
  2.Internationalization(i18n)達成
  

  i18n是Internationalization，l10n是Localization。
  一個是國際化，一個是本土化，差異應該聽的出來了，其他的就google吧
  因為國際化的單字太長了，所以把中間18個字以18作替代，而本土化中間的10個字以10作替代。
